Nate Horowitz & The Sinners — Live Session (Concert Video)

Role: Creative Director, Co-Producer, Casting Director, Co-Director
Date: August 24, 2025
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Event Description

Hosted inside The Treehouse — a historic creative house once used by Kanye West for private performances — this project captures the final live concert ever held in the venue before its closure. Produced in just one week, the showcase served as a tribute to The Treehouse’s artistic legacy, presented as an intimate 30-guest tiny-desk–style concert featuring two contrasting performances: a warm rock set by Nate Horowitz & The Sinners and a bright, color-rich electronic set by Jonah.
Mars led the creative direction, casting, visual environment, and coordination across both performances, preserving the venue’s final moments with honesty and intention.

Nate’s Set

For Nate Horowitz & The Sinners, Mars created a warm, fog-soaked, intimate rock environment grounded in the closeness of small-room shows.

The performance was intentionally captured from one fixed, immersive vantage point, allowing the audience to feel seated in the room with the band and 30 guests. Using tungsten lighting, subtle haze, and tight performer proximity, Mars built a gritty, emotional space where the band’s chemistry and raw intensity shaped the atmosphere naturally.
